With the modular High-Speed CopyStation data
images of several
flash memory cards can be copied parallel and
in high speed.
This system consisting of a pre-configured PC containing
a 5.25" drive with removable Card Boxes is unique
worldwide.
Every Card Box can hold up to 20 memory cards.
The range of available
Card Boxes consists
of 9 models for 12 different memory card types.
Altec CopyStations are used for programming
flash memory cards
supplied with mobile phones. Navigation software
and maps are also be copied to flash cards with Altec CopyStations.
USB Sticks and flash memory media are produced for marketing
and advertising purposes with e.g. images and product materials.
Up-to-date
information for field workers, management or
customers is often distributed using mobile memory media.
Product features
Internal copying module with standard 5.25" chassis
and IDE interface. Supplied as a complete system consisting
of
one Dell Business PC*, one
drive, keyboard and mouse; runs under Windows XP Professional**.
Card Boxes are available for various types of mobile memory
media, such as:
1.) Compact Flash Card
2.) microSD or TransFlash
3.) miniSD & miniSDHC
4.) SD & SDHC Card or Multimedia Card
5.) RS-MMC (Reduced Size MMC)
6.) OTP (One Time Programmable) SD/MMC
and normal SD & SDHC Card, MMC
7.) Memory Stick PRO Duo
8.) Memory Stick PRO
All Card Boxes hold up to 20 memory cards. Card Boxes
are planned for additional media types such as Memory Stick
Micro M2.
OTP Card Boxes for programming voltages of up to
3.7 Volt or up to 12 Volt. OTP Card Boxes can also be used
for normal SD/MMC cards. An additional software
license is required for programming OTP cards.
Separate controller for each card slot allows parallel processing
of copy commands for very high performance.
High-speed image copies – copying of 20 SD Cards
or Multimedia Cards with 512 MB in approx. 6 minutes
(speed depends on card type).
Dual language (English, German) Windows-based software is very easy to use.
Optional software interface for data exchange with external
applications to allow customization of individual cards,
e.g. serialization or data encryption.
Software option for parallel verification.
Software option for creating and copying smaller image files.
